## Subscription plans

Neolli offers three monthly subscription plans. Each includes a credit allowance that refreshes every billing cycle.

  Plan credits **do not roll over** — unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. If you need more credits within a cycle, purchase a [credit pack](#credit-packs).

  New accounts receive **2,000 free welcome credits** to try Neolli before subscribing. Welcome credits expire after 7 days.

## Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that supplement your plan. Pack credits **never expire** and are used after your plan credits are exhausted each cycle.

## Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from **Workspace Settings → Billing**.

* **Upgrades** take effect immediately with prorated charges
* **Downgrades** take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

## Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
