# Workspaces

> Organize your videos, team members, and billing in one place.

## What is a workspace?

A workspace is your primary container in Neolli. All videos, jobs, team members, and credits belong to a workspace. Each workspace has its own billing, YouTube channel connections, and collaborator list.

## Plan limits

The number of workspaces, collaborators, and connected YouTube channels depends on your [subscription plan](/billing/plans):

## Creating a workspace

You're prompted to create a workspace on first sign-up. To create additional workspaces, click the workspace name in the top navigation and select **Create Workspace**.

## Switching workspaces

Click your workspace name in the top navigation to switch between workspaces. Each workspace has its own video library, credit balance, and team.

## Workspace-scoped billing

Credits are scoped to the workspace level:

* Each workspace has its own subscription plan and credit balance
* All members of a workspace share the same credit pool
* Credit packs are purchased per workspace
* Usage history is tracked per workspace

  When you switch workspaces, your credit balance in the top nav updates to reflect that workspace's balance.

## Workspace settings

Access workspace settings from the gear icon in the navigation:

* **General** — Rename the workspace
* **YouTube** — Connect or disconnect your [YouTube channel](/workflows/youtube)
* **Team** — Manage [collaborators](/workspace/inviting-collaborators) and [roles](/workspace/roles-and-permissions)
* **Billing** — View plans, credit usage, and purchase credit packs
