Checking a job’s cost

Neolli shows an estimated credit cost before you submit a job. Check that estimate after choosing languages and output options: adding dubbing or more target languages changes the total.

Title and description translation	A fixed charge per target language

Metadata translation currently costs 1 credit per language when a title or description is present. It is calculated separately from caption translation.

Multiple languages and retries

Each target language adds work. A preset is a convenient selection, not a bundled price. Retrying a failed track can require a new credit reservation for the remaining work. Review the estimate shown for the retry rather than assuming every retry is free.

Current rates

Use the estimate in the app for current rates and the selected video. Subscription prices and included credits are shown in Billing; see Plans. Credits are reserved when you submit, including while a job is queued. See How Credits Work for reservation and release behavior.
