Subscription plans
Neolli offers three monthly subscription plans. Each includes a credit allowance that refreshes every billing cycle.

Plan credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. If you need more credits within a cycle, purchase a credit pack. New accounts receive 2,000 free welcome credits to try Neolli before subscribing. Welcome credits expire after 7 days.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that supplement your plan. Pack credits never expire and are used after your plan credits are exhausted each cycle.

Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Workspace Settings → Billing.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll retain access and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
